We offer two main fabrics for chadars:

Both are comfortable and suitable for everyday modest wear
How should I wash my chadar or abaya?

Do the stones come off?
No. All stones and embroidery are placed carefully.
However, to keep quality long-lasting, hand wash only and avoid machine washing
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available across Pakistan.
Note: COD orders outside Karachi include a 4% government tax. Paying online removes this tax.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, within 2 days of receiving your parcel.
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Return shipping charges are paid by the customer unless the item is defective.
What if my product is defective or wrong?
If you receive a wrong or damaged item, contact us within 2 days with a photo/video.
We will replace or refund your product immediately.

To maintain its quality and beauty:
1.Hand wash gently in cold water.
2.Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
3.Use mild detergent and avoid bleach.
4.Iron on low heat for the best finish.
Will the stones or embroidery shed after washing?
No, our stone and embroidery work is carefully done using high-quality materials.
However, we recommend hand washing only to keep the embellishments intact and the fabric looking new.

Yes, we deliver worldwide — including the Gulf countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait) and countries like USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Bangladesh, Malaysia, and Singapore.
We currently do not ship to India.
International shipping rates are calculated based on parcel weight and destination.
