Sizes may vary slightly in handmade or tailored items.

Stonework and embroidery require hand care and may have minor natural variations.

We reserve the right to update product details, prices, and stock anytime.

 

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in PKR unless selected otherwise.

International conversions may vary based on currency rates.

COD orders outside Karachi include a 4% government tax.

Online payments avoid this tax.

Taiba Store is not responsible for bank charges or international fees.

We may update prices without prior notice.

 

4. Order Confirmation

Your order is confirmed once:

Payment is received (for online orders), or

COD order is verified by WhatsApp/SMS if needed.

We may contact you if more information is needed.

 

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours only.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

For pre-orders or abayas (stitching time 7 to 10 days), cancellation is not allowed after work has started.

 

6. International Orders

Shipping rates vary by destination and weight.

Customs duties or taxes (if charged) must be paid by the customer.

We do not ship to India.

Delivery times may vary from country to country.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All images, content, graphics, and designs on Taiba Store are the property of Taiba Store.
You may not copy, reuse, or distribute our content without permission.

 

8. Fraud & Misuse

We reserve the right to:

Cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders

Refuse service to anyone who violates our policies

Block customers who misuse COD or give repeated fake orders

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Taiba Store is not responsible for:

Delays caused by courier

Incorrect address provided by customer

Damage caused after delivery

Color variation due to device screens

Improper washing or handling of delicate items
