Refund & Return Policy

 

At Taiba Store – Dukaan to Door, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Every chadar and product is carefully checked before dispatch, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

 

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a refund, exchange, or replacement if:

The product you received is defective or damaged, or

You received the wrong item or color.

You must notify us within 2 days of receiving your order.

After 2 days, we will not be able to accept return or refund requests.

 

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

The original tag, box, or wrapping must be intact.

The product should be returned in the same condition as received.

If these conditions are not met, the item will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.

Color or Fabric Variation

We make every effort to display product colors accurately, but slight variations may occur due to lighting, fabric texture, or screen display.

If you feel the color or style is not as expected, please inform us within 2 days of receiving your parcel.

Exchange or return will be accepted, but delivery charges (both ways) will be paid by the customer.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days through your original payment method or via bank transfer.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your item for another color, design, or size (if applicable):

Notify us within 2 days of delivery.

Pay for return courier charges.

Once we receive the original item in perfect condition, your replacement will be sent.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please send us:

A clear photo or video of the issue within 2 days of receiving the parcel.

Once verified, we’ll replace or refund the item immediately.

All courier costs in this case will be covered by Taiba Store.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 5 working days, please contact us at taibastoreonline@gmail.com with your order details and we’ll assist promptly.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
