All orders are shipped from Karachi within 2 – 4 working days after confirmation.

Karachi: Rs 300 flat rate

Karachi → 2 – 4 working days

Other cities → 3 – 7 working days (depending on courier service)

All parcels are sent through reliable courier partners.

You’ll receive an SMS / WhatsApp update once your order is dispatched.

COD is available nationwide.

A 4% government withholding tax applies to COD orders outside Karachi.

This fee is charged by the courier company as per government regulation, not by Taiba Store.

No COD tax is applied on Karachi deliveries.

Customers may pay by bank transfer or online payment to avoid the COD tax.

Orders are processed immediately once payment is received.

Charges are calculated at checkout based on destination & parcel weight.

Delivery time: 10 – 20 working days (may vary by courier and customs).

Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.

Currently, we do not ship to India.

After placing your order:

You’ll receive a confirmation by email / WhatsApp.

A tracking number will be shared once your parcel is dispatched.

You can track your shipment anytime until it reaches your door.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected time, contact us within 7 days of dispatch.

We’ll coordinate with the courier to resolve it quickly.

Every parcel is carefully packed using butter paper and protective wrapping.

You may also choose gift wrapping / Hadiya packaging for an extra charge.
